The Salad Bar...

We offer a range of fresh, home made salads to accompany your hog roast. These options are as follows:

Potato Salad - new potatoes with a mixture of red onion, chives and a light drizzle of mayonnaise. (v)(gf)

Moroccan Cous Cous - light fluffy cous cous mixed with corriander, mixed peppers, a hint of chili, lime juice and red onion. (vg)(v)

Italian Style Pasta Salad - a mix of penne pasta with the true summer flavours of sun dried tomatoes and peppers in a pesto dressing.(v)

Exotic Mixed Leaf - A mixture of various crunchy, crisp lettuces. (vg)(v)(gf)

Greek Style Feta Cheese - cubes of feta cheese, roasted red peppers, kalamata olives, cucumber and finished with fresh basil. (v)(gf)

Tomato and Red Onion - a layered salad consisting of ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced red onions and black pepper. (vg)(v)(gf)

Coleslaw - this popular traditional salad is made to my very own recipe using only the freshest and finest ingredients. (v)(gf)

Nicoise - a fresh combination of new potatoes, green beans, red onion, kalamata olives and hard boiled eggs. (v)(gf)
